Khalid Amine, Ph.D.

Khalid teaches courses on Moroccan society and culture at UNE Morocco. He is also a senior professor at Abdelmalek Essaadi University in Tetouan, Morocco. He holds a Ph.D. in comparative literature from Abdelmalek Essaadi University and an M.A. in Literature-Drama from the University of Essex in the United Kingdom. In addition, Khalid is the founding president of the International Research Centre for Performance Studies; the founding director of the International Festival Performing Tangier; and a former director of Tangier's Professional Theatre Festival.
